One does come face to face with one's own life at a certain age. It is amazing how the recall can be so vivid even for the smallest of events and circumstances. It is your internal calendar that lights up when reminded of times and places and people. This past May, Peggy and I would have celebrated 56 years together. We did celebrate but in a different way, she in heaven and I missing her but secure in her place with the Lord. The experience of this book will be a path through your life a second time. Offering the treasure of it to you and to those who of us who have been friends for so many wonderful years.
