All of you are in my thoughts. "If you believe in forever, and life is just a one night stand. If there's a rock 'n roll heaven, we know they have a hell of a band". It's sad but he's no longer in pain and his memory will be a blessing
Fare thee well to my friend, to my two friends, and, of course, my three lifelong friends. Your music and truth have brought me so much joy and understanding I cannot begin to thank you. Except to say that when you sang, you touched a joy deep within me that I have treasured -- and will continue to treasure -- for the rest of my days. With much love and sadness, Mike
I have been profoundly blessed, mastering the Such Is Love album 1983, having Noel as a personal friend, sharing in so many other PP&M experiences, my profile pic with Peter and Noel, 2018
Thank you, Noel. I didn't realize you had produced Paul Winter Consort. That piece is astounding.
I've been feeling for you, and reading of Peter being "both brothers" to you makes my sympathy that much deeper. I have probably never told you this, but I first heard PP&M in Providence at the RI Arena- I was in 8th grade! My dad took my older brother and me. Your comedy bit was possibly my favorite thing about the evening, although "If I Had My Way" was a big hit as well, being a drummer at the time. Anyway... PP&M figure into my influences and will always be a part of my celebrations of music. Noel- I'm grateful for our friendship of over 45 years- Hardly seems possible. But time is passing, and so are we. I send you my love and I celebrate your brotherhood with Peter.
Hi Noel, this was a beautifully sweet remembrance of Peter. So sorry for your loss, but so envious of your memories of an extraordinary friend. Our culture needs voices like his, and like yours. Much love from Spain, and hi to Betty, Dana Sawyer
Thank you for this extraordinary insight into these early recordings, and such a beautiful Et Misericordia. In high school (1971) my a cappella group spent hours listening and learning the vocal parts from one of your PP&M albums, with these songs etched in my musical soul for life. I join all in giving thanks for Peter’s life, and for the joy he has brought you over the years.
I’m very sorry over the loss of your brother in music and the brothers that he was for you during the past 65 .
Like others commenting, find myself grieving for Peter and remembering the joy of having lived while he was here, spreading hope and working towards peace, social justice and the various causes that combine with freedom and justice. May the light never go out as the song says.
Bless you and all 3 of you for who you are/were, for the music I shall always hold deeply in my heart, and for all you've done for humanity. It can never be enough... But you did something!!!

Those recording sessions must have been incredible. And such a fine added tribute to a good soul.
You have been in my thoughts so much—I’m so sorry for your loss, which is being felt by so many. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Perfectly Lovely!
I love this reflection, nps. Thank you, and thinking of you.😊❤️
Hi there! I just made a video on how Peter, Paul and Mary’s “El Salvador” is still so relevant today.
I’d love for fellow fans to check it out — made with deep respect for their legacy. Thank you.
